PURPOSE: A central axis adjusting device of wheel is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost and adjust the eccentric position of wheel by simplifying the structure. CONSTITUTION: A central axis adjusting device of wheel comprises a rotating body(100), a first cap(200), a second cap(300), and a coupling member(400). A first concavo-convex(110) is formed along the circumference in the rotation body. In the first cap, the coupling ball(220) for the eccentric ball(210) is formed in the eccentric section. In the outer circumference of the second cap, the second concavo-convex corresponding to the first concavo-convex is formed along the circumference. The coupling member passes through the coupling and eccentric ball, and couples the first cap and second cap. The coupling member comprises a screw portion(420) and a head portion(410) which is formed a plurality of recesses.
