<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protein synthesis promoting agent including protein synthesis promoting effect. <P>SOLUTION: The protein synthesis promoting agent is obtained by using a whey protein hydrolyzed product which has a molecular weight distribution of ≤10 kDa, main peak of 200 Da-3 kDa, APL (average peptide chain length) of 2-8, free amino acid content of ≤20% based on the total constituents, branched-chain amino acid content of ≥20%, and antigenicity of ≤1/100,000 of antigenicity of β-lactoglobulin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
