<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-channel optical module in which an inter-channel crosstalk signal is effectively removed. <P>SOLUTION: A multi-channel optical transmission module includes a first channel for transmitting a signal, a second channel for transmitting a signal different from that of the first channel, and a dummy channel provided between the first and second channels. Each of the first and second channels includes an amplifier for amplifying an input signal, a modulation circuit for generating a driving signal based on a signal outputted from the amplifier, and a light-emitting element which is driven based on the driving signal.
