EUKARYOTIC MICROORGANISM FOR PRESENTING PROTEIN ON SURFACE LAYER AND USE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a eukaryotic microorganism such as yeast in which a protein is subjected to sugar chain modification and a desired protein can be bound on its cell surface layer with high selectivity, and its use.

SOLUTION: In the eukaryotic microorganism for presenting a protein on the surface layer, there are provided one or more cohesin proteins which are arranged on the surface layer side of the eukaryotic microorganism, derived from a scaffolding protein of cellulosome and comprise two or more cohesin domains having different binding selectivity.
