METHOD FOR PRODUCING Y-TYPE TITANYL PHTHALOCYANINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce titanyl phthalocyanine mainly including Y-type. SOLUTION: The method for producing Y-type titanyl phthalocyanine includes: a first step of generating liquid concentrate by dissolving titanyl phthalocyanine in concentrated sulfuric acid; a second step of precipitating the titanyl phthalocyanine by mixing the liquid concentrate obtained in the first step with water in a micro channel which a micromixer 11 includes; and a third step of separating the titanyl phthalocyanine precipitated in the second step from a mixed liquid of the liquid concentrate and water and immersing the separated titanyl phthalocyanine in a mixed liquid of water and toluene to age. A chaos mixer, vortex mixer or Y mixer is used as a micromixer 11. The micromixer 11 is placed on an ice lump or a heater plate, thus controlling the temperature of the mixed liquid of the liquid concentrate and water. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
