PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a showcase, surely and safely electrically connecting a terminal of an illuminating lamp to a power feed part provided at a socket, and also simplify the mounting work of the illuminating lamp. SOLUTION: This showcase 1 includes a socket 22 connecting the illuminating lamp 14 to a power supply of a body, and constituted by a body side socket member 23 and an illuminating lamp side socket member 24. The body side socket member includes a connecting part 29 containing a power feed contact 35, and the illuminating lamp side socket member 24 includes a mounting part 55 mounted to the end of the illuminating lamp 14 and a storing part 56. With the mounting part 55 mounted to the end of the illuminating lamp 14, the terminal 14A faces the interior of the storing part 56, and with the connecting part 29 stored in the storing part 56, the terminal 14A is electrically connected to the power feed contact 35, and the power feed contact 35 is energized toward the terminal 14A side by a pressing part 61 formed in the storing part 56.
