PROCESS FOR SURFACE MODIFICATION OF FLUORORESIN MOLDINGS
摘要

A process for the surface modification of fluororesin moldings which comprises both physical modification and chemical modification and can thereby impart sufficient adhesiveness without danger and in which the simplification of treatment is attained by conducting the physical modification and the chemical modification in one step. The process for the surface modification of fluororesin moldings is characterized in that the irradiation of the surface of a fluororesin molding with a plasma is conducted with a negative voltage applied to the surface of the molding, whereby both the physical modification of implanting the ions contained in the plasma into the surface of the molding to roughen the surface thereof and the chemical modification of replacing fluorine atoms present on the surface of the molding by non-fluorine atoms are attained.
