<p>Disclosed is an oscillation-type inertial force sensor which can reduce the start-up time from when a power source is turned on until inertial force (angular speed) detection is possible, without the operations of an automatic gain control circuit becoming unstable. The disclosed oscillation-type inertial force sensor is provided with an oscillator (1), an oscillation circuit unit (2), and a detection circuit unit (3). The oscillation circuit unit (2) has: a CV conversion circuit (signal conversion circuit) (21) which operates the oscillator (1) as a closed-loop self-oscillating circuit which is a resonating element, and converts a monitor signal, which is based on the capacitance depending on the oscillation state of the oscillator (1), into a monitor signal which is based on the voltage corresponding to the capacitance change amount; and a gain control circuit (24) which controls gain on the basis of the monitor signal converted by the CV conversion circuit (signal conversion circuit) (21), generates a drive signal, and supplies the drive signal to the oscillator (1). The CV conversion circuit (signal conversion circuit) (21) has an amplification means which amplifies the monitor signal by a prescribed amplification factor for a prescribed period from when the power source is turned on.</p> |
