A process for producing thermoelectric material based on solid solutions of Bi-Te-Se-Sb, in which the material is made with electrical conductivity (), greater than calculated by 100-150 Ohmcm; subsequent annealing of the material is carried out in an inert atmosphere for receiving estimated parameters; annealing the material is carried out for "hot" segment at a temperature of 600 ± 10 K, "cold" segment at a temperature of 560 ± 10 K.
