<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor clamp, capable of improving the work efficiency and reducing the cost, by enabling the anchoring of an overhead cable and the branching work to be completed in an integrated work. <P>SOLUTION: The anchor clamp anchors an overhead wire to a structure in a catching form with its one end side fixed to the structure supporting the overhead wire D1. It includes a first fixing part which connects conductively with the conductive core d1 of the overhead wire, while being fixed in pressure contact therewith between the wedge 15 curved immobile part 15a of the wedge 13 of a wedge fixing member 10 and the curved mobile face 2a of a clamp member 20, and a second fixing part which connects conductively with the conductive core d2 of a branch wire D2 that is branched from the overhead wire, while being fixed in pressure contact therewith between the wedge 16 curved immobile part 16a of the wedge and the curved mobile face of the clamp member.
