<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower with a simple structure inexpensively which can reduce air blowing sound without using a conventionally used muffler or a special sound absorbing material in view of that the air blowing sound by a fan is large and noise reduction is required in the blower used for auxiliary work such as blowing and collecting dust in construction sites. <P>SOLUTION: In the blower, a noise eliminating chamber 21 is juxtaposed on an air flow passage 16 of an air flow port 11, and the noise eliminating chamber 21 is communicated with the air flow passage 16 through a noise eliminating hole 22. Inflow/outflow of air is generated between the air flow passage 16 and the noise eliminating chamber 21 by pressure change of the air flow, and energy of the sound is converted to frictional heat energy, and the noise can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
