<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To capture radiation dose in surrounding of a radioactive isotope administered subject in real time. <P>SOLUTION: When PET imaging is performed to a radioactive isotope administered subject 150, a living body dose calculating section of a dose calculating section 42 extracts out a body shape model corresponding to weight of the subject 150 among various body shape models beforehand kept in a body shape model storage section 41 and computes continuously radiation dose in the living body at the time when the radioactive isotope is distributed uniformly inside the body shape model. Then, an extracorporal dose calculating section of the total dose calculating section 42 computes extracorporal radiation dose in a predetermined domain of surrounding of the subject, based on the calculation result of the intracorporal radiation dose, whereas a distribution data generating section 43 generates the radiation dose distribution data based on the extracorporeal radiation dose computed in a plurality of domains by the extracorporal radiation dose calculating section. Finally, a displaying section 5 displays the value of extracorporal radiation dose in the predetermined domain and the radiation dose distribution data on a self-monitor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
