<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module for roofs, capable of eliminating damage caused by small animals and insects, e.g., by rats gnawing, and capable of being used in a long period of time, since solar cell modules laid on roofs of houses are used in a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module 10 has a peculiar configuration in which a limited groove 21 is provided which crosses solar cells 17 (see Fig.3). A region above the limited groove 21 (B region) is not connected to a terminal box 14.
