PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze a waiting time of a medical examinee or an operating status of a medical examination apparatus.

SOLUTION: A medical examination information acquisition section 14b acquires medical examination information from a result storage 13 in response to a request from an operating status analyzer 14a. An operation data acquisition section 14c acquires either or both of a medical examination start time and end time specified by the operating status analyzer 14a from the result storage 13. An evaluation time calculator 14d calculates evaluation times by extracted time type by use of either or both of the medical examination start time and end time. An evaluation report creater 14e creates an evaluation report on the basis of at least any one or more of the waiting time of the medical examinee, a non-operation time of the medical examination apparatus and a performance time of the medical examination of the calculated evaluation times.
