PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily and simply attain a reliable operation for a light-emitting diode.
SOLUTION: For setting a current intensity value, only a measured value that indicates light of an inspection pulse is used to measure the temperature of each light-emitting diode unit and/or a voltage that decreases in the light-emitting diode unit and/or the temperature of the drive unit; in the drive unit, a main factor is determined based on the measured temperature and/or voltage, the main factor is multiplied by the current intensity value, the current intensity of all current pulses in the time series other than the inspection pulse is determined based on the product obtained in this way; the current intensity of the inspection pulse is determined directly, based on the current intensity value; and alternatively, the current intensity is determined, based on another factor which is determined based on the measured temperature and/or voltage, and is also separate from the main factor.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
|
