<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a thrust characteristic of a single-phase linear actuator. <P>SOLUTION: A mover 16 arranged with two permanent magnets 15A, 15B which oppose coils 13A, 13B is movably inserted into an armature 14 which is arranged with the two coils 13A, 13B. A magnetic pole pitchτp between the two permanent magnets 15A, 15B is made larger than a coil pitchτc between the two coils 13A, 13B. A core 23 is magnetized by carrying currents whose phases are different from each other by the angle of 180°to the coils 13A, 13B. An attractive force and a repulsive force are generated between the permanent magnets 15A, 15B, and a thrust is generated at the mover 16. At this time, lowering of the thrust which is caused depending on a stroke of the mover 16 can be suppressed by making the magnetic pole pitchτp larger than the coil pitchτc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
