PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack and power tool capable of giving suitable warning according to a work content of the power tool. SOLUTION: The battery pack 1 is connectable with the power tool 2, and is provided with secondary batteries 3a-3c, a display 7 to give warning display when voltages of the second batteries 3a-3c fall down to a warning voltage Va which is larger than over-discharge voltages. and a setter 8 which can make arbitrary settings of warning voltage Va. A microcomputer 6 is so designed that each time a switch is depressed, the warning voltage Va is changed in such a way that 11.2V→11.0V→10.8V. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
