PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 1 with sufficient workability having initial adhesion property, having no step of pre-heating, capable of adhering mutual metals, a metal and an organic material, and an organic material and an organic material, having strong adhesion strength hardly deteriorated by temperature variation. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 1 having tackiness and adhesiveness comprises a first mold-release paper 21A, a pressure-sensitive adhesion layer 11 and a second mold-release paper 21B, and the pressure-sensitive adhesion layer 11 is formed by impregnating a core material 15 comprising a liquid crystal polymer non-woven fabric with the pressure-sensitive adhesive 13. The pressure-sensitive adhesive 13 contains an acrylic resin, an epoxy based resin and a curing agent, and further, specific gravity of the core material 15 is 0.15 or lower.
