PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain an excellent recording state in an image recorder, by preventing the occurrence of an obstacle caused by paper powder derived from a continuous medium. SOLUTION: A paper powder removing part 300 constituted by arranging a pair of brush rollers 320 and 330 inside a sealed dustproof cover 310, is arranged in a rear stage of a curl removing part 14 for correcting a curl by passing continuous paper 5 supplied to a printer part through a fixed roller 61, a fixed roller 62 and a separation roller 63 arranged between these. The paper powder is scraped off by passing the continuous paper 5 between these brush rollers 320 and 330, and is discharged outside by blowing fans 343 and 344, delivery fans 341 and 342 and discharge ducts 351 and 352, to thereby prevent pollution and failure by the paper powder of the printer part positioned in the rear of the curl removing part 14.
