PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for returning an accident vehicle in a turned-over attitude in a tunnel to a normal attitude. SOLUTION: An anchor side snatch block 2 is installed in an anchor 1 hooked on an opening groove 711 of a side-ditch 71 existing on the side for raising up the accident vehicle 6, and a vehicle side snatch block 3 is installed on the tail end 52 of a restricting wire 5 extracted from an upper surface of the accident vehicle 6. The starting end 41 is fixed to the anchor side snatch block 2, and a towing wire 4 extended toward the vehicle side snatch block 3 is wound around and returned to a first pulley 32 of the vehicle side snatch block 3, and is wound around a first pulley 22 of the anchor side snatch block 2, and is extended again toward the vehicle side snatch block 3, and is wound around and returned to a second pulley 33 of the vehicle side snatch block 3, and is wound around a second pulley 23 of the anchor side snatch block 2, and the tail end 42 of the towing wire 3 is connected to a working vehicle.
