摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock to be entered into an automatic locking state with an energizing means as a power source. SOLUTION: In this lock, an unlocking state holding mechanism 31 includes: a stopper lever 33 having a first engaging arm 52 and a second engaging arm 53 and journaled to a lock box 1; a sliding member 32 having an engaged part 38 engaged and disengaged with and from the second engaging arm 53 of the stopper lever and having a rack 43 meshing with a top joint 3; and a spring member 55 for always energizing the stopper lever 33 in the direction of engaging with the sliding member 32. A trigger 11 engages to link with the first engaging arm 52, and when an opening and closing body 2 is closed, the trigger 11 moves backward into the lock box 1, the stopper lever 33 rotates in the direction of releasing the state of holding the unlocking state, and the top joint 3 is automatically turned in the locking direction by energizing force of the energizing means 70 disposed in the lock box so that a locking piece 4 is put in the automatic locking state.
