PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insole with small spherical bodies inserted therein, capable of transmitting a feel of walking on an earth road or on sand even when walking on a paved road because the small spherical bodies are pressed with the weight of the transfer of the center of gravity from the heel to the toe and moved to a place where the weight is not applied when walking with shoes on. SOLUTION: A bag is formed of a synthetic resin fiber with excellent elasticity in a shape matching the shape of the sole of a shoe, and hard small spherical bodies whose diameter is 1-5 mm are inserted into the bag to 40-70% of the capacity of the bag. The bag is sealed so that the small spherical bodies do not spill out of the bag. The insole with the small spherical bodies inserted therein is characterized by the bag bonded to a sheet which is cut to match the shape of the sole of the shoe in such a size that the vertical length is longer than the horizontal width by 5 mm or more and that the horizontal width is in proportion to the vertical length.
