PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loudspeaker with an excellent input-proof nature and excellent bass reproduction capability without increasing a component cost and a manufacturing cost, and capable of being compact and thinned. SOLUTION: The diaphragm 2 of the loudspeaker 1 is elongated and formed with at least two recess portions 2a extending along a longitudinal direction. Forward portions 13a of bonding members 13 are bonded to the sidepiece of these recess portions 2a, and the forward portions 13a are bonded to a rib 2c formed in the lateral direction of the diaphragm 2. The outer circumferential surfaces of voice coil bobbins 4 are also bonded to the inner circumferential surfaces of rearward portions 13b of the bonding member 13. This enables the voice coil bobbins 4 with larger diameter than that of the diaphragm 2 in the lateral direction to be fixed to the diaphragms 2 via the bonding member 13. The loudspeaker 1 enables the enlargement of the diameter of the voice coil bobbins 4 without reducing the width of an edge 3, thus making it possible to enhance the input-proof nature.
