PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring system capable of quickly and accurately transmitting monitoring information to the outside and improving security for suppressing the leakage of the monitoring information. SOLUTION: In the monitoring system having a monitoring device 10, a network 31 and a web server 32, the monitoring device 10 not connected to the web server 32 displays the monitoring information on the screen 150 of a display device 15 as two-dimensional code information 200. A cellular phone 30 reads the two-dimensional code information 200 by a camera from the above of the screen 150 and transmits it through the network 31 to the web server 32.
