PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device that normally records/reproduces information on a disk even when the disk slips on a turntable. SOLUTION: The optical disk device includes; a driving means 3 for rotating an optical disk 1; a means 7 for detecting the disk 1 slipping on a turntable 2; and a means 12 for adjusting rotation change acceleration by the driving means 3 when the detection means 7 detects the slip of the disk 1. By adjusting acceleration/deceleration of a rotational speed, the rotational speed of the disk 1 is correctly controlled while preventing slip. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
