PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchannel device, capable of preventing mixing of bubble into a channel of the microchannel device. SOLUTION: The microchannel device includes a liquid introduction section having an introduction pipe that is in a liquid supply section into the channel of the microchannel device, is formed of a cylindrical or box-like liquid storage section as a deaerator, and introduces liquid into the liquid introducing passage to a body, and a lead-out pipe for leading out liquid to the lower part. By capturing bubble mixed in the liquid made to pass the introduction pipe, the bubble is prevented from flowing into the microchannel device on the downstream side of the introduction section.
