PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bread making machine capable of accommodating both of cases using cereal grains as the starting material and flour as the starting material, rendering user-friendliness not harmed as less as possible and capable of restraining enlargement. SOLUTION: The automatic bread making machine 1 includes a plurality of kinds of bread making courses executed by a control means. The making courses include the first bread making course for baking a chunk of bread using the cereal grains as the starting material and the second bread making course for baking a chunk of bread using the flour as the starting material. A manner for controlling bread raw material introducing timing through an automatic introduction means differs between the first bread making course and the second bread making course.
