<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device capable of emitting light in a desired direction. <P>SOLUTION: The light source device 100 includes a light-emitting element 20 for emitting first light L1, a fluorescent light-emitting section 30 for emitting second light L2 by excitement with the first light L1, and a concave mirror 10 having a mirror surface 12 for reflecting the second light L2. The mirror surface 12 has a first zone 12a and a second zone 12b, the first zone 12a has an intersection point of the mirror surface 12 and a rotary axis R of the mirror surface 12, and the second zone 12b surrounds the first zone 12a.
