<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet printer in which it is easy to operate an operation panel while viewing the state of printing. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet printer 1 includes a platen 4 on which a medium is placed; an ink head 3 which is movable in the lateral direction above the platen 4 and discharges an ink to the medium; an operation panel 10 which is arranged at the right side of the platen 4 is provided with a plurality of operation elements 11, and forwardly inclined; and a cover body 20 surrounding the operation panel 10. The cover body 20 has at least a front side 21a located at a forwardly obliquely downward position of the operation panel 10 and has a projection 21 projected to the outer side of the operation panel 10; and a front cover 22 which is formed so as to be adjacent to the projection 21 at a forwardly obliquely downward position of the projection 21, lower than the projection part 21, and forwardly inclined at about the same inclination as that of the operation panel 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
