<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply estimate the mass of cement contained in fresh concrete or fresh mortar especially as a unit cement amount with definite precision. <P>SOLUTION: At first, coarse aggregate is removed from the collected fresh concrete, the mass Mg of the coarse aggregate and the mass M<SB>1</SB>of the remaining fresh mortar are respectively measured and moisture is removed from the fresh mortar (101-103). Next, the mass M<SB>T</SB>of a mortar dry sample is measured to calculate mass difference before and after moisture is removed according to formula (1) (104), and fluorescent X-ray analysis is performed with respect to the mortar dry sample, while fluorescent X-ray analysis is individually performed with respect to cement alone and fine aggregate alone (106, 107). Subsequently, the mass Mc of cement and the mass Ms of the fine aggregate in the mortar dry sample are calculated using (2a) and (3a) (108), and Mc and Ms are substituted for (4a') along with the mass Mg of the coarse aggregate and the mass Mw of water to obtain the unit cement amount Mcu of the fresh concrete (109). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
