<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a solar cell from being deteriorated by high temperature, in a three-dimensional solar cell device using a concave mirror and a support rod. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell module 20 includes: a concave mirror 22; a support rod 26 extending by penetrating a central part of the concave mirror 22; and solar cells 24 for reflected light arranged around the support rod 26. When observed from the incidence direction of sunlight, the solar cell 24 for reflected light is arranged in a positional relationship where a distance exists between the support rod 26 and itself, and a light reception surface thereof is directed in the incidence direction of reflected light reflected on the concave mirror 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
