<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an activity evaluation device, an activity evaluation method and a program for accurately determining a task by evaluating the task from a quantitative point of view, and reflecting an evaluation result on a related task. <P>SOLUTION: An activity information acquisition part 1 of an activity evaluation device 100 acquires activity information being information indicating the activity of a target user. A subjective evaluation acquisition part 2 acquires subjective evaluation performed with respect to the activity information by the target user. A storage part 3 accumulates and stores the activity information and the subjective evaluation. A unit extraction part 4 divides the activity information into activity units by a prescribed method. A relation degree calculation part 5 calculates the degree of a relation of each of the activity units as the degree of the relation. An evaluation distribution part 6 distributes the subjective evaluation in the activity units by making the subjective evaluation associated with the activity information on the basis of the degree of the relation.
