PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive connection material that excellently fills recesses and projections formed by a plurality of terminals etc., on an electronic member and has excellent electric connection between connection terminals and high insulation reliability between adjacent terminals, a connection method of electrically connecting an electronic member, and a method of manufacturing connection terminals on electrodes of the electronic member in an easy way. SOLUTION: The conductive connection material has a laminate structure comprising a resin composition and a metal foil selected from a solder foil or a tin foil, and satisfies a relation of 1.2×103≤(T×P)/η≤1.5×109, where T represents a sticking temperature [°C] when the conductive connection material is stuck on the electrodes of the electronic member, P represents pressure [Pa] applied to the conductive connection material, andηrepresents a viscosity [Pa s] of the resin composition at the sticking temperature. The sticking temperature T is 60 to 150°C, the pressure P is 0.2 to 1.0 MPa, and the viscosityηof the resin composition at the sticking temperature is 0.1 to 10,000 Pa s. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
