PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt connecting structure capable of effectively preventing leakage of moisture from a natural ground side, even when unevenness and the like occur on a surface of a concrete layer. SOLUTION: This bolt connecting structure includes a washer for being arranged on an opening, on the side of insertion of a bolt body, of a bolt connecting body, and a water sealing member for being arranged between the washer and a waterproof sheet; and the washer comprises a body portion which has a surface, facing the opening, formed in such a spherical shape as to swell to the side of the opening, and a pressing portion which abuts on the waterproof sheet.
