PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a perfume component supply pattern while reducing costs of an effective component supply device. SOLUTION: The effective component supply device 10 includes a perfume container 31 for generating the perfume component; and an air gun 20 for emitting a vortex ring containing the perfume component. A blower fan 35 is disposed between the perfume container 31 and the air gun 20. The perfume component is supplied to the air gun 20 by driving the blower fan 35. When the vortex ring is emitted from an emission port 23 by reciprocating a piston 22, the cylinder 21 is filled with the perfume component by driving the blower fan 35. When the vortex ring emission from the air gun 20 is stopped, the air containing the perfume component is released from the emission port 23 by driving the blower fan 35.
