摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device that is applied upon a steady operating to properly control an EGR and an assist power of a motor-assisted turbocharger, in an internal combustion engine with an EGR device and the motor-assisted turbocharger. SOLUTION: The control device of the internal combustion engine includes: the motor-assisted turbocharger which has a turbine installed on an exhaust passage, a compressor installed on an intake passage, and a motor rotary driving the compressor; a high pressure EGR device which has a high voltage EGR passage connecting the exhaust passage farther on the upstream than the turbine with the intake passage farther on the downstream than the compressor, and a high pressure EGR valve regulating a flow passage area of the high voltage EGR passage; an EGR controller for feedback control of an opening of the high pressure EGR valve so that an EGR ratio of the internal combustion engine becomes a predetermined target EGR ratio; and a motor output controller for controlling output of a motor. The motor output controller controls the output of the motor to set output of the motor when the opening of the high pressure EGR valve is controlled to full admission as the upper limit value.
