A wind power apparatus utilizing an anchor which is rotatably fixed to a surface. A chute attaches to the anchor and is provided with a chamber. A restrictor is located in the chamber 5 to concentrate the wind within an annular area of the chute and direct it to a power generator via one or more nozzles.
