A self-tightening belt drive includes the drive, driven pulleys and the belt surrounding those, and at that the drive pulley is installed on the shaft of electric motor on the end surface of which at side of the drive pulley a cylindrical disc is fixed, this is kinematically connected to the flexible device surrounding it, and the last one–to the frame of drive, electric motor is installed in movable way in tangent direction as to its shaft by means of elements on its end surfaces. There the flexible device is connected to the frame through connection together of the flexible device and to the rod, and the last one in sequence through compression spring, cup, balls and body cylinder on frame of drive, and at that the rod is arranged as two-stage one, on the smaller diameter of that one, one installs the compression spring that goes through opening in the bottom section of the cup on which support is rigidly fixed, and at the larger diameter of the rod there is a two-stage groove stages of which are smoothly connected to each other, the balls are in a shallow groove of the rod or in the deep groove of the rod, at that the cup has collar at the outer surface. |
