<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board capable of preventing an increase or a variation in the parasitic capacitance of wiring to reduce and equalize a drive load, a light emitting device having favorable and uniform light emission properties, and an electronic apparatus including the light emitting device. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of power source lines La (La1-La9) disposed in a display area 110P of a display panel 110 are previously divided into a plurality of (three) groups, and a plurality of (three) power source lines La included in each group are connected to lead-out lines Lpl1-Lpl3 individually.
