SAMPLE PREPARATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample preparation device with which it is determined whether a rotator rotated by magnetic force is normally rotated.

SOLUTION: The sample preparation device is equipped with: a filter 60 which separates predetermined cells from a liquid sample containing a plurality types of cells; the rotor 72 which includes a magnetic body and detaches the predetermined cells attached to the filter 60 by rotation; a driving unit 70 which rotates the rotor 72 using magnetic force; and a rotation information acquiring unit 100 which acquires rotation information of the rotor 72 when the driving unit 70 rotates the rotor 72.
