PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mesh guard and a screen printing machine which can automatically perform kneading solder together without performing trial printing even in a case that margin area is small. SOLUTION: The screen printing machine 1 includes: a frame-like frame 30; a mask 32 arranged in a frame 30; a mesh 31 equipped between the frame 30 and the mask 32; and squeegees 22f and 22r which are slidable at the upper surface of the mask 32 and the mesh 31. The mesh guard 33 covers at least the mesh 31 from the upper part thereof.
