PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic sensor control apparatus, without the need for the use of statistical operation in calculating offsets. SOLUTION: The magnetic sensor controller includes: an input means for inputting a plurality of pieces of magnetic data containing three components sequentially output from a three-dimensional magnetic sensor; a selecting means for selecting four pieces of the magnetic data which satisfy predetermined four-point selection requirements among the plurality of pieces of the input data; a calculating means for calculating the center point at an equal distance from four points containing the selected four pieces of magnetic data as components; and a setting means for setting the component of the center point as the offset of the magnetic data. The four-point selection requirements contain a requirement correlating with distortion of a regular tetrahedron in a tetrahedron having the four points as vertexes containing the four pieces of the magnetic data of selected candidates as components.
