PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bust pad which has versatility toward different purposes of use, has compatibility with individuals, is safe toward the human body, and contributes to mental care of women who have lost their breasts. SOLUTION: The bust pad 1 for correcting the shape and the weight of the breast comprises an upper pad part 20 which has a thin sheet material 21 molded in a shape imitating swelling of the breast and can maintain and restore the molded shape, a lower pad part 30 which has an outline corresponding to that of the upper pad part 20 and in which a thick nonwoven fabric 31 is sealed in a compressed condition between top and bottom fabrics 32a and 32b, and a weight-adjusting member 40 comprising a gas-permeable small bag 41 which contains many granular precious stones 42 in such a way that the stones move freely. The circumferences of the upper and lower pad parts 20 and 30 are bonded together while forming an opening 11 on a part of the circumferences to form a hollow lightweight pad 10 as a whole.
