PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable and highly efficient electric coupling while achieving precise thermal control as well as miniaturization. SOLUTION: The slip ring device is configured as follows: a rotor 10 wherein first and second rotary parts 11, 12 formed with slip rings 111, 121 are coaxially provided and a plurality of radiating ventilation holes 18 are formed on the circumferential wall of a cover member 14 wherein first and second brushes 16, 17, which are slide-contacted with the slip rings 111, 121 of the rotary parts 11, 12 to be electrically connected thereto, are sealed and accommodated in the cover member 14.
