PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover body mounting structure superior in workability for allowing easy mounting with one finger and easy check of whether assembly is completed or not. SOLUTION: A cushion rubber 20 is mounted on a mounting seat 12 of a cover body 10, and the cushion rubber is pushed into a pin 2 of a power unit 1. In the cushion rubber 20, a through-hole 21 is formed with a diameter shrunk portion 21b and a diameter enlarged portion 21c. In the upper end face of the cushion rubber, an opening portion 21d is formed to which the head top of the pin fitted to the diameter enlarged portion is exposed. An axial length L<SB>1</SB>from the upper end face of the cushion rubber to the upper end of the diameter shrunk portion is not greater than an axial length L<SB>2</SB>of the head of the pin and greater than a length L<SB>3</SB>from the head top to a maximum diameter portion. Thus, when a worker pushes in the cushion rubber with his finger, his finger tip touches the head with his moderate feel and so he can accurately judge the completion of assembly.
