PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glove excellent in mass productivity, easy to wear and easily sewn up even by an unskilled worker, and to provide a method for producing the glove. SOLUTION: The glove (A) having a five-finger-shape, has a portion P1 for the back side of the five-finger-shape glove (A) where the tip end portion 1b of the thumb portion 1a is adjacent to the side of an index finger portion 1c when viewed from the back side of the hand, and a portion P2 for the palm side of the five-finger-shape glove (A) where the tip end portion 10b of the thumb portion 10a is apart from an index finger portion 10c. The glove is structured as follows: sewing up the portion P1 for the back side of the glove (A) and the portion P2 for the palm side of the glove (A) along outside edges B1 and B2 of the parts corresponding to each other while the edges are superposed on each other.
