PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop software using a model showing specifications of the software without duplicate management of the model and a source code. SOLUTION: In the model debugging device, a determination table model is used to generate a source code including the model and a log output part that outputs update information of the facility data, the determination table model showing specifications of software involving update of facility data, using a correspondence between a condition part showing a condition for updating the facility data and a definition part showing the facility data to be updated upon establishment of the condition described in the condition part. The generated source code is complied and executed to thereby output an execution log. The determination table model is displayed by use of the execution log information, a processing unit shown by identification information in the determination table model is highlighted, and the update information of the facility data is displayed.
