PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image-capturing lens composed of five lenses, the image-capturing lens having a smaller size than image-capturing lenses of conventional types and having satisfactorily corrected aberrations; and to provide an image-capturing device and a portable terminal which are provided with the image-capturing lens. SOLUTION: The image capturing lens comprises, in sequence from the object side: a first lens L1 having positive refractive power and having a convex surface facing the object side; a second lens L2 having negative refractive power and having a concave surface facing the image side; a meniscus-shaped third lens L3 having negative refractive power and having a convex surface facing the object side; a fourth lens L4 having positive refractive power and having a convex surface facing the image side; and a fifth lens L5 having negative refractive power and having a concave surface facing the image side. The image-side surface of the fifth lens has a non-spherical shape and has an inflection point at a position other than the intersection point between the optical axis and the image-side surface. The focusing of the image-capturing lens is performed by moving the third lens and the fourth lens together in the optical axis direction while fixing the first, second, and fifth lenses relative to an image-capturing surface.
