PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure electrical connection between equipment body 110 and a reflecting shade 200, without lowering the appearance, when attaching the reflecting shade 200 to the equipment body 110. SOLUTION: The luminaire 100 has the reflecting shade 200 attached to its body 110 via fittings 300, and here, the body 110 is provided with a horizontal groove section 121 and a vertical groove section 122 in both sidewalls. Each fitting 300 include a pair of tongues 330 engaged to the horizontal groove section 121, claw sections 310 on the body side formed inside the tongues 330 and claw sections 320 on the reflecting shade side, formed at positions facing the reflecting shade 200; and the luminaire 100 allows the body 110 and the reflecting shade 200 to be connected electrically via the fitting 300 and will not lower the appearance by bending the claw sections 310 on body side, so as to engage with the horizontal groove section 122 and restraining the claw sections 320 on the reflecting shade side to the reflecting shield so that the surface coating film is peeled from the reflecting shade 200, in a state where the reflecting shade 200 is attached to the fittings 300.
