PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and completely store the duplication of file data that coincide with a designated condition in a storage device system that cannot perform update and elimination. SOLUTION: This method includes steps for: registering a value for determining the importance of file data and a keyword for determining a matter being an important document in a condition database in advance; storing a hypertext document including reference information to a storage destination of the file data in a hypertext database, updating the value of the number of references to the file data included in the stored hypertext document in each referred file data, and storing the value as a value indicating the importance of the file data of an index database; and determining the file data as data being important document data having high importance when a value indicating the importance of each file data is large and when a keyword included in the file data is registered in the condition database.
